Family Yoga (ages: 2-10)

Come practice yoga and mindfulness in the garden with Holly from Cultivate Yoga MKE! In this class kids and their grown-ups will use physical poses, mindfulness practices, stories, games, and crafts to practice connecting with their bodies, their breath, with nature, and with each other. All abilities and levels of experience welcome (for kids and grown-ups!). Kids of all ages are welcome, though class will be most geared towards ages 2-7. Please bring your own mats and/or picnic blanket to practice on. If you have any questions about whether this class is a good fit for your child, please email Holly at CultivateYogaMKE@gmail.com. ** Please use link provided, it includes admission to Boerner Botanical Garden with a discounted children's price, and 100% of admission on Margie’s Garden Days goes directly to Margie’s Smile, the nonprofit that maintains the beautiful children’s space that is Margie’s Garden.

Yoga Camp at Adventure Rock (ages: 7-11)

Our yoga summer camp is the perfect place for your 7-11 year old to move, climb, get creative, and make new friends! In between sessions of yoga (poses, games, breathing and mindfulness practices) campers will participate in team-building games, a daily climbing session, and exploring the week's theme through crafts. Each week has a different theme so feel free to register for multiple sessions! Elements of Yoga (July 21-25) We will let the 5 elements of nature (earth, water, fire, air, space) inspire the ways we move, the art we make, the games we play, and how we can find balance within ourselves. See, Hear, Feel Yoga (August 18-22) We will explore mindfulness using the 5 senses. Expect games, art, and of course yoga poses to explore the world around us using sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste!
